For top-producing broker Kimber Lee, real estate is a family affair. Kimber considers herself immensely blessed and grateful to work alongside her husband, Lee, son Bryce, and daughter Stephanie every day in a job she considers to be her true passion.

An outgoing, charismatic, and trustworthy 21-year industry veteran, Kimber's sales career and passion for design started long before she ventured into real estate. Alongside her sister, Food Network chef, author, and designer, Sandra Lee, Kimber regularly attended trade shows to sell products. Her sister’s no-sew window treatments, Kurtain Kraft, garnered an overwhelmingly positive response and debuted on several home shopping channels, including QVC, HSN, and Value Vision, and Kimber was beside her every step of the way as the set designer and on-air talent. She quickly learned how to think creatively while staying detail-oriented, both significant and necessary skills for any realtor!

Later, Kimber and her husband built their first home together and thus discovered her passion for real estate and decorating. Kimber was involved with the process from beginning to end and later obtained her real estate license in 1999.

Outgoing, trustworthy, and experienced, Kimber goes the extra mile for all of her clients. Not only does she stage homes for her clients, but she also offers her services to other real estate brokers because it helps produce in-demand homes and supports the community's local real estate market.

Kimber is an avid redecorator, frequently shopping for the latest staging and fashion trends. Viewing hundreds of homes each year, she is constantly picking up new tips and tricks. Kimber also co-founded Stage It • List It • Sell It, a company designed to reimagine homes with universally appealing aesthetics, and the company has helped sellers net an average of 12% above the asking price. Despite being in the business for so long, Kimber likes to challenge herself and enjoys learning new things each day. Quick-thinking and ambitious, she loves the way real estate keeps her on her toes.

Getting to do what she loves with her loved ones is something Kimber truly cherishes. Family is immensely important to her, and she is proud of her children for becoming hard-working, imaginative, and compassionate adults.

Outside of real estate, Kimber is also a fierce advocate for breast cancer caretakers. Her sister was diagnosed in 2015, and Kimber was there for her throughout the entire process. They documented Sandra's journey, including her double mastectomy procedure, in the HBO documentary "RX: Early Detection - A Cancer Journey with Sandra Lee," which Kimber received the Creative Coalition Spotlight Initiative Award at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. By sharing her story, Kimber and Sandra hope to encourage screenings and save lives.

A long-standing environmental advocate, Kimber is also partnered with the City of Bonney Lake & Pierce County by adopting streets in the community. She loves getting involved with her local community as much as possible, including contributing to the annual Fourth of July fundraiser, picking up litter around town, and visiting local yard sales.

Bryce's journey into real estate began at an early age when he worked alongside his mother, Kimber Lee, a top-producing broker. His immersion in the industry gave him invaluable insights into the competitive seller's market, and he later joined Kimber as the Marketing Director and Social Media Manager. His academic pursuits led him to Brown University and Oxford University, where he honed his skills in marketing and expanded his knowledge of international theories and marketing perspectives. Bryce's dedication continued throughout high school and community college, leading to his graduation with both a diploma and an associate's degree.

His journey then led him to the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, where he pursued studies in Performance, Design, Marketing, and Sales while preparing for the real estate exam. In 2016, Bryce and Kimber co-founded "Stage It • List It • Sell It," a home-staging and design company serving clients in Pierce County, King County, and surrounding areas. Together, they redefined the art of home staging and design in the real estate industry, setting new standards of excellence.

Born and raised in Lake Tapps, a picturesque waterfront community just south of Seattle, Bryce's deep connection to the local real estate landscape, combined with his industry expertise, ensures clients receive the highest level of service. His intimate understanding of the area and markets he serves is enriched by his family's real estate legacy and lifelong connection to the community.
