We moved to Seattle, Washington through Boeing's relocation services, and Bryce Lee was recommended by Boeing's selected realtors since we didn't know anyone here. This was our second time buying a home, so we were familiar with the process but not the area. Bryce was super helpful in explaining the neighborhoods and pointing things out. We toured a bunch of houses over a couple of days. The first day was just general picks for Bryce to get a sense of what we liked. After our first round, he clearly understood our preferences, and the second set of properties he picked were almost exactly what we wanted. Bryce was super friendly, cheerful, and easy to work with. As a realtor, the highlight was how quickly he understood our vision. Sometimes you can’t explain exactly what you want until you see it, and Bryce was great at picking up on our reactions and finding homes that fit. We found the house we wanted on our second weekend of touring Seattle homes, and the process was quick and smooth. He kept communication up with the seller during inspections and repairs. If I decide to buy or sell again, Bryce would be the first person I reach out to, or I’d ask him to refer me to someone he trusts.

My niece interviewed three real estate agents before choosing Kimber and Bryce, and sold her house within a week. So when it was our turn, my husband and I decided not to waste time looking elsewhere. Smart decision. They sold our house in six days and we were very happy with the price. What stood out was how prepared and thorough they are as a team. Bryce came in with charts, graphs, and detailed statistics on homes sold in our area, printed on paper because he knew we were old fashioned, and Kimber handled the staging beautifully. A recent job opportunity out of state made it necessary to get our house sold fairly quickly. For real estate brokers, we were referred to Kimber Lee and Bryce Lee. They came into our house ready to rock and roll. Within an hour of talking and looking at our property, they had a plan. They discussed marketing analytics, marketing strategy, and how we would prepare/stage our home. As soon as we were able to hire them, they put things into motion. They brought a person in to help us stage our house and to tweek things to make it easier for potential buyers to see their things in our home. After that, they did a 3D scan of the house to create a virtual tour for prospective buyers. Additionally, a photographer came in to take pictures of the house with a camera and a drone.
