Libby's journey into staging grew organically from her extensive background in construction design. For 21 years, she built luxury custom homes, where she curated every finish, from granite countertops and flooring selections to architectural details, while collaborating with architects and builders to transform blueprints into reality. This deep expertise in understanding how spaces flow, how finishes interact, and how design choices impact a home's overall appeal translates directly into her staging philosophy: seeing what others miss and creating cohesive, market-ready homes that appeal to the broadest audience possible.
As a fashion design student, she learned that individual elements must work together harmoniously to create a compelling whole much like interior staging which requires an intuitive understanding of proportion, color theory, balance, and narrative. Libby approaches each property with this refined aesthetic; choosing neutral, sophisticated palettes with carefully placed pops of color, ensuring undertones complement rather than clash, and considering the home's unique neighborhood dynamics. Whether staging a modest manufactured home or a multi-million-dollar estate, she tailors her approach to each property's architecture and target market, never relying on trends but instead creating timeless appeal.
Her work spans the entire Pierce and King County regions, and she's known for taking on challenging restaging projects where previous work missed the mark. Libby collaborates closely with Kimber, Olive Branch's founder and a real estate agent with 26+ years of industry experience, and Bryce, who brings 10 years of operational expertise.
